How it works
- Choose your plan — send us your details. No payment is taken on the website; our team contacts you within 1 business day.
- Start your 1-month trial — we set up your QR codes (free table stickers included) and send your trial invoice of EGP 499.
- Go live — guests scan, view their bill and pay. The plan's transaction fee applies to each guest payment and is deducted before settlement to your bank account.
- Continue monthly — 3 days before each period ends, we send you an invoice for the next month. Don't want to continue? Just tell us — there's nothing to cancel.
Prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include 14% VAT. Subscriptions are billed every 30 days and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. Card processing fees on guest bills are shown separately on your monthly statement. Guests are never charged a Tapio fee.
